Complaints Procedure
If you have any complaints about
the doctors, members of staff or the running of the
surgeries, please make an appointment to discuss them
with the Practice Manager, Mrs Sheila Brown. We hope
that you will not have any complaints that cannot be
resolved within the practice, but if you are not
satisfied with the outcome, you are entitled to contact
the Local Health Board or the Health Service Ombudsman.
